Ingredients
  

Mojito Base

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed Choose ripe watermelon for best sweetness
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 10 leaves mint leaves Muddle gently to avoid bitterness
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional) Adjust according to sweetness preference
  • 1 cup soda water Can substitute with lemon-lime soda or ginger ale

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a blender, puree the watermelon until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  • In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and sugar if you choose to include it.
  • Pour the watermelon puree into the glass with the muddled mint.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill.
  • Gently pour soda water over the mixture and stir lightly to combine.
  • Garnish with extra mint leaves or a slice of watermelon for presentation.

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately. Store leftover mixture (without soda water) in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Freeze the puree in ice cube trays for future use.
