Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pack Frozen tater tots Bake/air-fry until very crisp.
  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Sharp cheddar adds more punch.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Full-fat tastes best.
  • 1/2 cup Nacho cheese sauce Jarred, canned, or homemade.
  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas Burrito-size makes wrapping easiest.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven and bake the frozen tater tots according to the package directions until extra crispy.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until fully browned and no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the crispy tater tots and cooked beef. Add the cheddar cheese, sour cream, and nacho cheese sauce. Stir until well coated and cheese starts to melt.
  • Warm flour tortillas in a dry pan for about 15–30 seconds per side until soft and pliable.

Assembly

  • Spoon the beef-and-cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
  • Serve immediately while hot—when cheese is gooey and tots still have crunch.

Notes

Store leftover filling in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days. Reheat filling in a skillet over medium-low heat for best texture. Freeze filling separately for up to 2 months.
