  • 1.5 cups organic unsweetened apple juice Use organic for the best flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup Substitute with honey if preferred.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  • Start by adding all of your ingredients – strawberries, apple juice, and maple syrup – to your blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is thick and fully combined, ensuring no large strawberry chunks remain.
  • Carefully pour the blended mixture into your popsicle molds.
  • Freeze the molds for at least 6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely firm.
  • To remove the popsicles, carefully run hot water over the outside of the molds.
  • Once your popsicles are unfrozen, place them in a freezer bag for later enjoyment.

Notes

For a creamier texture, substitute some of the apple juice with yogurt or coconut milk. A squeeze of lemon or lime can brighten the flavors. Consider adding a handful of spinach or kale for extra nutrition.
