Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek or regular) Can use dairy-free alternatives
  • 1/4 cup milk Can substitute with almond or coconut milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar or honey Adjust to taste

Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped Around 10 medium strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana banana, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, and sugar (start with 1 tablespoon and adjust). Blend until smooth.
  • Toss in the strawberries and banana. Blend again until fully integrated.
  • Carefully divide the mixture into popsicle molds (using a pitcher can help with this).
  • Place the molded popsicles in the freezer for a minimum of 5 hours until fully frozen.

Serving

  • To remove the pops from the mold easily, submerge the mold briefly in warm water, then gently pull using the handle.

Notes

These popsicles can be served with a dollop of whipped cream or a fresh fruit salad. For an adventurous twist, try blending them into smoothies or dip them in melted dark chocolate after freezing.
