  • 2 cups mixed fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, bananas) Feel free to substitute your favorite fruits.
  • 1 cup leafy greens (spinach or kale) Spinach is a great option that blends well.
  • 1 cup yogurt or coconut milk Use non-dairy alternatives if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional for additional sweetness.

Tools

  • 1 set Ice cube trays or popsicle molds For freezing the mixture.

Preparation

  • Toss the mixed fruits, leafy greens, yogurt (or coconut milk), and honey (if using) into a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the blended mixture into ice cube trays or popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  • If using molds, insert sticks before placing them in the freezer.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Serving

  • Run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen the treats, then pop them out and enjoy!

Notes

For a fancy presentation, arrange treats on a colorful platter with fresh mint leaves. These can also be served with a yogurt dip or added to smoothie bowls.
