Rainbow Fruit Popsicles

A refreshing and colorful dessert perfect for hot summer days, made with a variety of fruits.

Ingredients
  

Fruits and Liquids

  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut water or yogurt optional for creaminess

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a blender, blend each fruit separately until smooth.
  • For added creaminess, mix the coconut water or yogurt into the mango puree.

Layering

  • Carefully layer each pureed fruit in the popsicle molds, starting with strawberries and working your way through each color.
  • Place sticks in the center of each mold.

Freezing

  • Pop them into the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully solid.

Serving

  • To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  • Enjoy your colorful creations!

Notes

Store in an airtight container or sealable bag in the freezer for up to two months. Consider writing the date on the bag for easier tracking.
