Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice 100% juice is best; sweetened juice will make the drink sweeter
  • 2 cups lemonade Store-bought or homemade; use pink lemonade for extra color
  • 1/4 cup grenadine Or a hint of pink food coloring; grenadine adds sweetness + a light pomegranate note
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh pineapple slices for garnish
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Chill your ingredients so the drink stays bright and refreshing without melting too much ice.
  • In a large pitcher, pour in the pineapple juice and lemonade. Stir well.
  • Add grenadine a tablespoon or two at a time, stirring after each addition, until you reach your desired color and sweetness.
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour the pineapple pink lemonade over the top.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and a lemon wheel for a refreshing look.

Notes

Store leftover lemonade in a covered pitcher or airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. For the best quality, add ice and fresh garnishes only when serving, to prevent dilution.
