  • 2 cups Bell peppers, sliced (mix colors)
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup Concentrated sauce (soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, or stir-fry sauce) Substitutions with frozen mixed vegetables or pre-marinated meats are acceptable.

Preparation

  • Place the beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  • Pour in the concentrated sauce and stir to combine all ingredients.

Cooking

  • Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, stir well and serve warm over rice or noodles.

Notes

Consider searing the beef for enhanced flavor. Adjust sauce seasoning to taste and add red pepper flakes for a kick. Enjoy with fresh herbs and steamed vegetables.
