Preparation

  • Start by washing your fruits thoroughly.
  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and hull the strawberries.
  • Place the watermelon and strawberries in a blender.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice directly into the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

This detox juice can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Avoid exposure to air to preserve taste and nutrients. Consider freezing leftovers in popsicle molds for a refreshing treat.
