Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 cups beef broth Can substitute with chicken broth for a lighter taste.
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta Can substitute with penne, rotini, or shells.
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated melts smoother.
  • to taste Parsley Optional for garnish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Brown the ground beef in a deep sauté skillet.
  • Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
  • Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add the uncooked bowtie pasta, ensuring the noodles are fully submerged.
  • Cover the skillet and cook for about 7 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  • Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan until the sauce becomes creamy.
  • Add parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, add a splash of broth or milk to restore creaminess. Freezing is not recommended because creamy sauces tend to separate and become grainy after thawing. Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and texture.
