These wraps combine tender chicken, gooey cheese, and creamy garlic sauce wrapped in warm tortillas, making them the perfect quick dinner.

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 large large chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wrap

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the chicken is well-coated with the seasoning mixture.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 6-8 minutes, or until fully cooked through. Stir occasionally to ensure the chicken is browned on all sides.

Building the Wraps

  • Spread a generous amount of creamy garlic sauce on each tortilla. Add the cooked chicken to the tortillas, then top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Toasting the Wraps

  • Fold the tortillas to form wraps. In the same skillet, cook each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side, until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.

Serving

  • Slice the wraps in half on a diagonal for a fancy touch. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Leftover wraps can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet to keep the exterior crispy, or microwave for 30-45 seconds if in a hurry. To freeze, wrap each cooled wrap individually in foil or plastic wrap, and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.
